The ideal candidate will need to be an extrovert - one who feels comfortable in visiting prospects and is able to explain details of services provided. He or she will be fluent in English and Swahili and be a highly self driven and motivated individual capable of producing results.
Experience, while definitely an advantage, is not a prerequisite. Individuals must be clear about the self earning potential of the engagement by exerting their own initiative and dedication in selling the service.
