SALES EXECUTIVE – 10 POSTS- Dar es Salaam.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Shall achieve a sales target of selling not less than the agreed plots of land per month.
- Shall initiate Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Shall establishing new business plan(s) to achieve a sales
- Shall maintaining accurate records of plots of land sold in a monthly bases and submit a report to the head of
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance and collection.
- Negotiating land sales contracts and packages offered by the Company on behalf of the
- Working towards monthly or annual
- Education: Must have a Diploma /Bachelor degree from accredited institution in any of the following field sales and marketing, commerce or equivalent.
- Negotiation Skills; Good negotiation and persuasive skills to convince clients to make purchase and reach a profitable
- Experience: not less than 1 year working experience
