Wakuu nimeanza kupunguza mwili kwa urahisi sana...na mwili umeitika one week tu kwa kweli.
Nimepanga nifike kilo 100 by tarehe 11 november na ratiba yangu ni very simple.
Wiki 12 za mwanzo mpaka tarehe 1 june ninafanya intermediate fasting na maji mengi.
Hapa sili ugali wala wali..na sili mchana wala asubuhi..hapa wengi watanishambulia sana na jioni nakula ndizi mbili za kuchemsha na mboga yoyote ile
Asubuhi nakunywa maji 5-6 liters...hii hunifanya nijiskie nimeshiba kabisa...ikifika mchana nakula kitu simple labda biskuti au karanga au tunda na maji lita 2.
Jioni ndio nakula ndizi 2 ila mboga nabadilisha.
Kuanzia tarehe 1 june nitaendelea kufanya hivyo hivyo, kwa wiki 12 zingine but chakula cha jioni nitakula saa 12 hadi saa moja ( sa hv nakula usiku) ila hapa nitaanza mazoezi ya kutembea masaa 2 hadi matatu (fast pace)
Ikifika august after 12 weeks nitaanza Gym hapa ni mpaka november 11 na gym sitagusa chochote zaidi ya weightlifting...yaani ni bench press legs,biceps triceps na mengineyo...huku diet ikiwa kali zaidi.
Naamini nitakua nimefika malengo yangu niombeeni nipungue.
