Kubali makosa yako uelimike. Wewe bado sana. Hata ukiniita dogo haikusaidii. Ni upuuzi tu unakusumbua. Ukikua utaacha.

You had a good intention to send this message to him, but even if he reads it, he must ignore it with one accord, I guess you'll be taken into the similar mouth as Ben Saanane was taken as since our head of state does not prefer to being rectified, particularly telling him the truth about his one term presidency, he will not accept this at any expense.
He is first Tanzania's tyrant ever, and this is only 456 days in office, what if he sits in the office for 8 years?
what a poor english. si uandike tu kiswahili mkuu. your english looks bad and sounds bad. construction is poor. i feel pitty on you. halafu ndio mnajidai mnajua kazi kupinga nia njema ya kuleta maendeleo nchini.

Mbona unapanick; kulikoni? Jifunze kutumia koma na nukta. Bashite wahed weye.

I agree with your remarks in part because Magufuli has demonstrated that he is struggling to display the attributes of a good leader.

Some of the things he says or does are unheard-of, unpresidential and out of touch. He also have a long history of acting on impulse which is unwise.

One of the most serious problems is his inability to take in advices and consequently riding roughshod over everybody.

Now, even though Magufuli's statements and actions have significant devastating effect on his approval levels right now, one can say that predicting an election 3 years from now is totally absurd!.

But with all due respect Mr. President is befuddling even his backers to the core and as a result he is rapidly building the opposing bloc by his own hands.

He has all the chances to make things right, but the question is, does he know what it takes?

Mr. President you are approaching the next election as an incumbent. People will judge you on your performance as a President. The points you scored during your presidency will either lift you or ditch you in the bewilderment
In the 2015 elections you rode on your performance as a Works Minister in both the Mkapa and Kikwete presidencies. You carried a tag of a tough talking and tacklingMinister, building kilometres of roads across the country. Unfortunately these attributes have now eluded you as a president. Giving credence to previous opinions of opposition gurus that you can only perform better as a minister with some authority above you that if left loose you can turn to be dictatorial with no an iota of compassion o the poor Tanzanians.

I can give examples where you scored in your own goal.

1. The Kagera earthquake debacle showed some of your inner deficiencies. You failed miserably on this. Most of us made our contributions to the victims after witnessing on Tv the appalling living conditions the victims were subjected to after the quake. We did not contribute to repair the damaged infrastructure where you forcefully diverted our contributions to.
On this you showed how disconnected you are to the lives and hearts of many Tanzanians. And to cap it all when you visited them you gave very unsouvoury words. Let me quote the words of the first president of TANZANIA, Julius Nyerere , "The president of Tanzania has a responsibility to ensure every TANZANIA has a right to good life"
2
The 'Viroba' saga also showed us how detached you are to the business community.Viroba trade was a very legal undertaking with business people investing heavily in both production and trade. Your decision to stop the production and trade of viroba without considering the fate of those in the-business caused some-to loose their sources of livelihood and others lost their lives altogether

2. The Bashite saga showed that you are no more-the Magufuli, the minister, Now you condone forgeries and falsifications. ÀAnd you can go an extra mile protecting forgerers to the extent of firing your Minister.
3. Bashite season 2 showed your dictatorial tendencies. Where Bashite acted as a goon Rambo-style-and invaded cloud Tv Studios with armed soldiers.

Another eyesore in your presidency is your decision to give total blackout to the live Bunge coverages, not understanding that Tanzanians have now gone the digital way and are now pro "mubashara" coverages.

You had an opportunity to conquer the hearts of Tanzanians and attain th title of "Raisi Wa mioyo yetu" The title that has been conferred to one of your fiercest rival in the last general election.
Many ofYour judgements have showed the world your inner qualities. Think of this, Tundu Lissu has been challenging you to discard your dictatorial tendencies. Your reactions has been to keep him behind bars. Nay wa Mitego has called you a dictator. Surprisingly, you ordered that he be released from police ramshackles and invited him to visit you at State House. What is the difference between "dikteta uchwara" and "kiongozi asiyetaka ushauri wowote"?
Mkuu. Kindly let me say this it seems you are oblivious of all the FACTS pertaning to what you have just said.
I would briefly say. The President of the Republic of Tanzania is not voted in through SOCIAL MEDIA. But rather by the people. Your perception is all WRONG.

1.On branding Magufuli as a DICTATOR that could not be further from the truth he could be a benovelant Dictator who wants the BEST for his country but not as a TYRANT DICTATOR.
Where this country had reached needed somekind of instilling some discipline. If that is dictatorship so be it. Tanzanians have NOT COMPLAINED.

2.On Bashite saga you talked about. It is a CREATION of MEDIA. This issue emerged forcefully after the RC had just dealt a big blow to DRUG BARONS by boldly mentioning their names PUBLICLY. Then HELL got loose. All guns of all manner of lies were aimed at the RC.

Let me be clear.
I am NOT an APOLOGIST for Magufuli. However as a VOTER I am obliged to defend against lies perpetuated against him which in really sense it is just but FALLACY, innuendo and totally absurd if not obnoxious. Let me leave it there.

3 On VIROBA issue I believe NO government worth its salt can standby watching her CITIZENS being ravaged by ALCOHOLISM or drugs for that matter. It is the duty of every government all over to protect its citizens.

Lets take an example of our immediate neighbour KENYA.
PRESIDENT Kenyatta LAST YEAR was in the news for the same endeavour.

He himself was in the forefront DESTROYING those VIROBA DENS including the MACHINES thatare used to MAKE them.
His MPs were helping him in DISMANTLING all the infrastuctures that were used as small breweries. The results were amazing that is why the guy there is loved

People CRIED but Kenyatta stood his ground and SAVED the youth of that country. And TODAY he has saved the genaration of the youth in that country.

WHY BLAME OUR PRESIDENT for this noble edict on VIROBA?
Magufuli NEVER went Kenyatta way. He gave TIME for the businessmen/women to CLEAR their STOCKS he did not just wake up one morning and began pillaging their busineses.Neither did he go to the extent of DESTROYING PREMISES.

In KENYA we are told some premises PULLED DOWN.
Therefore your narrative on HANDLING VIROBA saga DOES NOT hold any water.

4. On Kagera issue .Do you have ANY evidence to back up your claim that money was DIVERTED?
Let us be fair in judging. Yes he is not 100% PERFECT but he has tried so far so good!
For your information in the next election it will be just a smooth SAILING for him.

5. On whom to invite. It is at his own pleasure whom he wants to meet and so forth.
I respect your views though. Thanks

And the irony is you have responded to my comment in English.

To answer you.....i had reasons to ask the initiator of the thread in English. Stay positive
Hahahaa, Kinda the pot calling the kettle black!!!. Anyway, I'm always positive my fellow, because I believe in varieties, as spices of life.

Can You Convey Your Contribution/Reply in English Please!

Thank You Ever so Much for Your Cooperation.

Mimi mswahili niandike lugha hiyo ya nini?

Kama unataka ya lugha hizo kafungue forum yako. Queer

Ungemtolea na Swahili version ..."You cant take the money and don't bring to the site" held your passport now!"

The President of the Republic of Tanzania is not voted in through SOCIAL MEDIA. But rather by the people

Let me also share my views a little bit,

The users of Social Networks happened to be people and voters as well. They are communicating offline the same way they do online. So, make no mistake, the significant impact of social networks in the next TZ presidential elections is likely to be up bigly.

A dictator is a person who rules a country with total authority and often in a cruel or brutal way. I don't understand how 'benevolence' fits in here!!

We all want the best for this country and that's why we have to hold all our leaders accountable when they fail to be responsible.

When the President thinks that by virtue of taking the election forms by himself, then he doesn't have any obligation to listen to the people, he has to be reminded who he is working for.

It would be much better, if the President would have spent more time fixing the institutions of Tanzania so that he doesn't have to walk on every office door in an attempt to discover the irregularities and summarily fire public servants suspected of ineptitude and corruption . As long as we have weak institutions, institutional problems will still remain.

Did you know? that the dismissed public servants are still on the payroll getting their monthly paychecks? Some are holding their breath waiting for new appointments elsewhere contrary to his campaign promise of not doing just that.

All those people that Dar RC called from his list are out there walking freely and no evidence to prosecute them as suppliers of narcotics.

He literally failed on that war. A good idea was to find a way to work behind the scenes and collect the necessary evidence before calling anyone but he decided to do the opposite. So, lets assume they are real drug lords, they are kind of cleansed right now, aren't they?

By the way, storming the media company and threatening the station staff there with blackmail and jail is wrong in all conscience regardless of how it emerged. Not apologizing for it is even worse!

Let me be clear.
I am NOT an APOLOGIST for Magufuli. However as a VOTER I am obliged to defend against lies perpetuated against him which in really sense it is just but FALLACY, innuendo and totally absurd if not obnoxious. Let me leave it there.

Many people support a right cause and a lot of things being said are not lies to be honest with you. The statements are only branded as lies when they are in attacking mode and not in applauding mode.

3 On VIROBA issue I believe NO government worth its salt can standby watching her CITIZENS being ravaged by ALCOHOLISM or drugs for that matter. It is the duty of every government all over to protect its citizens.

You are mixing things sir, the Viroba operation had a lot to do with the environmental issues and less about alcoholism effects, partly because changing packaging doesn't curb consumption for addicts.

Alcoholic products have not been banned, instead the producing companies are required to use alternative packaging.

Lets take an example of our immediate neighbour KENYA.
PRESIDENT Kenyatta LAST YEAR was in the news for the same endeavour. He himself was in the forefront DESTROYING those VIROBA DENS including the MACHINES thatare used to MAKE them.

People CRIED but Kenyatta stood his ground and SAVED the youth of that country. And TODAY he has saved the genaration of the youth in that country.

Kenyatta was destroying the business of home made toxic alcohol that was not verified by KBS, Magufuli on the other hand was going after Viroba which are verified by TBS.

Kenyan problem required a sense of urgency as people's lives were in danger and some had died.

Tanzanian case did not require such moves.

On Kagera issue .Do you have ANY evidence to back up your claim that money was DIVERTED?
Let us be fair in judging. Yes he is not 100% PERFECT but he has tried so far so good!
For your information in the next election it will be just a smooth SAILING for him.
The evidence is his statements. He openly and publicly stated that the government had diverted the use of funds that should have gone to the people who suffered the quakes.

Kumbe kagusa wengi wazungu wa poda , mtalimia meno huyu tunaye mpk 2035

If not but for a system that thrives on inept leadership and misuse of state organs to suppress dissent, he wouldn't have lasted a day in a civilised society. This is a leader who, for luck of wisdom and leadership quality, masquerades as a strong willed individual while in actual fact he is just a sorry and sad weakling that finds solace behind the barrel of a gun. To quote Shakespeare in his novel Macbeth, he is full of sound and fury yet signifies nothing...yes, absolutely nothing.

Mkuu nakusoma. Lakini at the end of the day. The question is, what can we do about it? A sober reality is, I like many others, don't have hopes in opposition. They are simply disorganised with no clue of how to take Tanzania forward.

Mag3 JF imebadilika sana. Hili siyo tena jukwaa la great thinkers. Tumekuwa walalamishi mno bila kutoa suluhisho.

Nilitegemea wasiokubaliana na Magufuli wawe busy wakitoa policy alternatives. Kwa nini waaminiwe wawo na siyo Magufuli come 2020. But wako busy kukwambia kwa nini hili haliwezekani...sad! Tutakuwa Watu WA kulialia mpaka lini? Kulialia hakumuondoi Magu madarakani. It simply won't happen!
