Rumour:
James Rodriguez has begun searching for a house in Manchester amid interest from United, according to Spanish sources.
The Colombia international has reportedly put his house in Madrid up for rent and is now house-hunting in the same area where United manager Jose Mourinho currently lives.
Mourinho and James share the same agent, Jorge Mendes, and the so-called 'super agent' is negotiating a potential move for the 24-year-old.
Mourinho is understood to have informed United that the acquisition of James is key to his chances of success this summer, and talks are continuing.

An agent has claimed Real Madrid have made respective offers to West Ham and Leicester City for France internationals Dmitri Payet and N’Golo Kante.
Francois Gallardo claims that Los Blancos have bid €50m for Payet and €30m for Kante, the approaches coming at the request of Zinedine Zidane.
If Payet is brought to Santiago Bernabeu then James Rodriguez will be sold to make way, the report claims, but if Madrid miss out on Payet then James will get another chance.
Kante, meanwhile, is a specific request of the Coach as Zizou wants 2 midfielders capable of winning the ball back and as his squad stands, only Casemiro fits that bill.
Madrid are hopeful of wrapping up at least 1 of the 2 Frenchmen before the end of Euro 2016 and want to act quickly so as to get the transfers completed before an expected FIFA transfer ban. [Source Fichajes]
