Rubén Sobrino has reached an agreement to join Manchester City.

The Castilla striker, who spent last season on loan at Ponferradina in Spain's Segunda División, will probably be loaned out to gain some experience of Premier League football.

He joined Real Madrid in 2008 and worked his way up from the Juvenil B team to make his senior debut under Carlo Ancelotti in 2014.

Rafa Benitez and Mateo Kovacic both watching Real Madrid Castilla's game yesterday. Great to see Kovacic there. Rafa mainly attending the game to see Ødegaard and Mayoral, both been superb in the first half.
