We muongo. Miaka 3 bado ni graduate Engineer tu. Unaonekana hauko competent


Ndugu unafahamu unachokiandika? personnally ilinichukua miaka 5 kuamua kuwa registered as a professional engineer back then it made no big difference being a graduate or professional. Kwa hiyo si lazima baada ya miaka 3 lazima every engineer awe ameshakuwa registered as a professional ni muhimu kufahamu kuwa

Ili kuwa registered as a professional engineer one has to get exposed to design,supervision and management aspects ( siku hizi ni soko huria mtu anaweza kuwa anafanya na contrcator/supervision and he/she is happy with the payment then asihangaike na hizo aspects nyingine) by the time anafikiria kuwa registered miaka 4 imeshapita utamuita huyo ni incompetent simply because he/she isn't registered in 3 years after graduation?

I'm a structural engineer myself and no time for architectural chores.

The point is after saving or morgaging all those millions you definately want to get it right. Hii ndio dhana ya mtaalamu mwenzake kutoa angalizo hapa.

Na kama unafuata kanuni za ujenzi (bahati mbaya manispaa zetu hazina means ya kuaudit) ni lazima upeleke mchoro uliochorwa na mtu mwenye taaluma ya kutambulika . Binafsi pia kwa vibanda vyangu vya kawaida sijaona mtu anajisell this low labda kama unajenga ka jumba ambako huna majasho nako wala hujainvest nacho vya kutosha. Its like you wanting to buy a car and someone offers a ferari for 5M TSH , you must raise an eyebrow.

Huja consider other posibilities ambazo mwenye offer hajaziongelea zinazoweza ku lower price. Unataka kusema nini? Kwamba sikai Tanzania ama sifahamu pricing ama sina nyumba ama sifahamu values za nyumba mbali mbali? Unataka kkusema michoro yote inakwenda kwenye hizo millions?

4. a registered civil/structural engineer ni mhitimu na msajiliwa katika taaluma ya engineering, architecture ni field nyingine na wanaiheshimu, na kufanya kazi pamoja na architects. registered engineer hawezi kua na hadhi ya laki moja. pia sijui we engineer yupi.. structural, civil, mechanical, ict etc.

Sema wewe mkuu tukisema sie wazee watasema tunawaonea gere tuvae miwani tusione gere.
Architecture hapa kwetu inadharauliwa na kudhihakiwa kiasi kwamba tunaishia kuitana wachoraji wakati sifa za uchoraji ni zakina masoud kipanya.

Uzoefu wa miaka 3 na elimu yako ambayo ni profesheni kwa kazi hiyo, haviendani na mchoro uliouweka kwenye hii thread.

Ngoja nikuonyeshe ya jamaa mmoja hivi mwenye kazi yake;

Kiufupi, naungana na mdau mmoja aliyesema kuwa kwenye hizi projects, watu wanaweka hela nyingi walizozikusnya kwa shida kidogo na baadhi hata kukopa. Sasa inapokuja kuwa mchoro ambao ndiyo mwongozo wa ujenzi unakuwa umekaa vibaya, inaleta shida kidogo.
