Ndugu unafahamu unachokiandika? personnally ilinichukua miaka 5 kuamua kuwa registered as a professional engineer back then it made no big difference being a graduate or professional. Kwa hiyo si lazima baada ya miaka 3 lazima every engineer awe ameshakuwa registered as a professional ni muhimu kufahamu kuwa

Ili kuwa registered as a professional engineer one has to get exposed to design,supervision and management aspects ( siku hizi ni soko huria mtu anaweza kuwa anafanya na contrcator/supervision and he/she is happy with the payment then asihangaike na hizo aspects nyingine) by the time anafikiria kuwa registered miaka 4 imeshapita utamuita huyo ni incompetent simply because he/she isn't registered in 3 years after graduation?

Mimi nimesoma Civil engineering ( major Civil & Structural engineering) UDSM. I just wanted to get some facts right nothing else.
