Rais wa Ivory Coast, Alassane Ouattara amejitenga baada ya kuwa karibu na mtu ambaye aligundulika na Virusi vya Corona. Jina la mtu huyo halijawekwa wazi.
Ametoa wito kwa Wananchi kupata Chanjo dhidi ya Ugonjwa huo na kuheshimu Kanuni ambazo zimewekwa ili kupambana nao.
Endapo muda wake wa kujitenga utasogezwa mbele, huenda Rais huyo asiweze kushiriki sherehe rasmi ya Siku ya Uhuru.

Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara is in self-isolation after being in contact with someone who had tested positive for Covid-19, the presidency has said.
The name of the person was not released.
President Ouattara has encouraged the Ivorian population to get vaccinated while respecting the protection measures in place in order to fight the disease.
If the president’s isolation is prolonged he might not be able to take part in the official Independence Day ceremony in a few days as is usually the case.
Ivorians will be celebrating the country’s Independence Day on 7 August.
