Racial discrimination in international schools

It is scary to see how students/pupils are suffering in silence in the hands of heartless international school staffs whom instead of molding our children to be good future leaders, they plant in them the seed of racial discrimination.

As parents, we choose to take our children to international schools so that they can have an opportunity of getting education for international understanding and appreciate working in harmony -in future- despite various diversities they might face in life.

However, if you find a school staff member calling students/pupils with reference to colour of their skin, regions they come from or nations, (example, “Negros, Chinas, Whites, Browns, Blacks, Africans, Americans, Indians etc) then this staff does not help our children achieve the goal of getting education embedded in the value of equality, but he/she wants our children to grow hating each other along racial line.

Jamii Forum Members, what do you advice parents whose children have suffered and or are still suffering in the hands of these ruthless staff members (most of them are foreigners or in a better sounding term they call them expatriates)?

For some reasons...feels like ISs za sasa sio kama zamani.
Can't place it in the same list. IS ya kukumbukwa ilikuwa IST Arusha.

Mkuu Jakomhabari , don't you have a Parent-Teacher-Association (PTA) at this school?

It seems to me this matter ought to be brought into the open to the entire school community (parents and the school administration).

Remember, these teachers are not doing you favors or giving you charity. You, the parents, are the source of the school finances. You are the boss.

If you are unhappy, and word goes around about these teachers conduct, I can guarantee you heads will roll and it will stop this behavior.
