SOTTA & PARTNERS CONSULTING LIMITED is professional services firm based in Morogoro with a branch in Nairobi Kenya, that offers comprehensive consultancy services to a wide range of clients. Our clients, both private and public, come from across all sectors of the economy.
To support our growing portfolio of clients, we are now inviting applications for the following vacancies:
PROPERTIES AND LAND VALUER work with us on assignments basis but are independent or freelancer Valuer.
Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor degree or holders of advanced diplomas.
• Postgraduate qualification or higher degrees will be an added advantage
• Valuer needs to be registered by Tanzanian National Council of Professional Surveyors and have practise License.
If you believe you meet the above qualifications and have at least the following attributes:
• Self motivated, business minded individual
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to deliver under pressure
• Have the right attitude and able to work under minimum supervision
