• Mfugale Flyover: A flyover intersection in Dar es Salaam, designed to reduce traffic congestion.
• Ubungo Interchange: A flyover interchange in Dar es Salaam, designed to improve traffic flow.
• New Selander Bridge: A bridge over the Ruvu River, designed to improve transportation links between Dar es Salaam and the rest of the country.
• Expansion of Julius Nyerere International Airport: A major expansion of the country's main airport, designed to increase capacity and improve facilities.
• Addition of new Air Tanzania planes: A fleet expansion program for the national airline, designed to improve air connectivity and promote tourism.
• Construction of Dodoma Bus Terminal: A new bus terminal in the capital city of Dodoma, designed to improve transportation services.
• Construction of liquified natural gas (LNG) plant: A plant to process and export natural gas, designed to boost the country's economy.
• Construction of water and wind power projects: A number of water and wind power projects, designed to increase renewable energy generation.

• Magufuli Bus Terminal: A new bus terminal in Mwanza, designed to improve transportation services.

• More than 20 New Regional referral.
• 3 New Zonal Referral Hospitals
• 8 Lanes Highway from Kimara to Kibaha

• More than 7000 KM paved regional roads

• Maintenance of Old schools, Colleges etc.

Some of these projects have been completed, while others are still in progress.
