problems with my PC?

PC yangu inakataa ku accept window 7 au window vista..what is the problem? nimeweka cd na imeanza fresh lakini ile sehemu ya partition inapotokea tu basi keyboard haifanyi kazi..means i cant go anywhere..nimejaribu kuweka window kwa kutokea kwnye hard disk still the same problem.
any ideas ? or how to solve this.
