Hii issue ya hizi Siraha hakuna hata Mnyarwanda anaye zijua, hakuna media yoyote ya Rwanda iliyo toa hizi habari, ira JMali na wenzie (wakimbizi kutoka Rwanda 1994/5) kwa obsession na chuki zao wanafanya juu chini waTanzanie wawe na chuki dhidi ya Rwanda, propaganda zao si kwa manufaa ya TZ si kwa manufaa ya RW bari ni kwa manufaa yao binafsi. Nchi yoyote haiwezi kuonyesha nguvu zake hadharani, na kama ikionyesha ujuwe hapo ni just 10% tu. As I said the post was posted by someone who has his own agenda, if you don't believe just search all his post on International forum and see his ways of thinking you will know what am saying and why he posted this. Rwandans including President Kagame loves Tanzanians and your president, am going to try to give some examples for you to think about. However in any relationship there some lines you can't cross. So for Rwanda with the History we have passed through, INTERAHAMWE (FDLR) is the line, period. For a country like USA after Sep 11, Such line to USA was BinLaden, and to Tanzania in 1978 that line was Idd Amin etc etc. Kwa mtaji huu sasa, kwa Rwanda even if you are our Friend, by suggesting we sit with Interahamwe, i t is an Insult above everything and we cannot accept that hata kwa mtutu wa bunduki HATUTAKUBALI. So The People who advised Kikwete to utter such an imaginable words knew what they were doing, so they were hitting Rwanda where it hurts most, " The Good, maturity and respect understanding that existed btn these two countries". Those Advisors knew that Rwandans and Kagame's development plans were based on good relationship with Tanzania, Kagame kama mpenda maendeleo kwa watu wake na nchi yake analijua hilo. So Himself and all his Goverment were always working towards maintaining a good relationship with Tanzania(sometimes back he even made it a priority to his cabinet-"Good relationship with TZ"), I remember one incidence sometimes back, there was this Guy a Rwandan from Diaspora a very bright Man, he was genius in Electronics and Communication, he was plucked by Kagame himself from a big project in the First world to come and develop this sector in Rwanda, he was give the only Telecom company available at that time in Rwanda to run and develop, he was given all necessary acknowledgment and support by the country, so the guy had his private parking at Telecom house, one day a Tanzanian official from the embassy popped at Telecom house and found no parking available, so he decided to use the boss's parking for few minutes, the guards tried to stop him but he insisted that it will only take vary few seconds. Before he was back the Boss arrived and found his parking occupied so you can imagine a boss in his own house, there was ugly scene no need to narrate everything. Only that the Guy was untouchable in the normal situation within so he made his point using his influence. The Tanzanian ambassador later complained to the Ministry of Foreign affairs, although this issue was very small, but due to the priority, I am telling you he was dismissed with immediate effect out of respect to Tanzania, he is now among the staunch opponents of Kagame's Govt like the JMalis. Few years later, Ugandan Ambassador was not afforded the same privilege in almost similar circumstances.
Another example of brotherly friendship our Govt. has over Tanzania, on any big occasion to Rwandan people, Tanzanians are always the first on the List of invitees, regardless of the situation btn the two Govt, regardless of who JK sends as his representative, you will always see prominent Tanzanians like Benjamin Mkapa, The Family of Mwalimu (Mama Maria with daughters or Son) etc etc among our guests. Therefore The true Rwandans and Tanzanians respect each other, with exception of JMali and few of his colleague, you will not find WaTZ wakiwatusi Wa RW na Rais wao and Vice Versa, Isipokuwa kwenye Topic za hawa wakimbizi haramu ambao lengo lao ni kuchochea hizi unnecessary hatred. Kagame mwenyewe na Kikwete used to be good friends. Nakumbuka mwaka 2005 Mheshimiwa JK alianzisha kampeni yake kuelekea Magogoni akiwa pale University of Dar Es Salaam, ingawa kampeni rasmi irikuwa haijaanza, Mr Kagame presented him with a good opportunity, on that particular day, it happened like this, That day Mr. Kagame was a Guest speaker at Nkrumah hall, the hall was fully parked to its capacity and even its surroundings were all filled with people who had come to listen to some big thinking, The topic and discussion in general was so lively and interesting, at the end of the day these two guys (PK&JK) launched ones campaign without electoral commission's authorization.
Another example is an economic gains the two country were likely to gain and which they had invested much before, Un Upgraded Central Corridor Railway Line(Dar-Isaka-Kgl) with a later ext. south to Buja and Congo. Tanzania and Rwanda @ had paid 6m Euro on all feasibility and engineering studies. Upon completion, while Rwanda was very committed to start the project, Kikwete had other ideas and he had some good advisors who advised him and the project was shelved. So Rwandans especially our President had been trying to be a good friend to Tanzanians and their President as we have much to gain economically from it, however we can not be held to ransom, and our DIGINITY is paramount, there are LINES you cannot cross no matter how important you are.
Kwa hiyo kama wanyarwanda wengine Raisi Kagame hakuwahi kufikiria kuwa Rais Kikwete au Rais yeyote wa Tanzania angekuwa wa kwanza ku Cross ile Line. But all in all he did it, he did it after a careful planning and manipulation of one Man, a very good friend of Kanali Mrisho pia who for the Past 3-4years was a regular visitor at various official dinners and evening functions at Magogoni, who also managed to establish several lucrative deals from Shamba la Bibi (DRC) using several connection he had established personally either while still in Service in Rwanda or during his dealings with FDRL this is Non other than the SPY Master the late Patrick KAREGEYA RIP (Am Sorry to say it but he got what he deserved) Am telling you Guys, This Man was a Master at his game The Plans that he had planned for this region were so dangerous and he had kick-started them, they were in motion, slowly gaining momentum…Mhhh Thanks God the Momentum is slowly being reversed now.
