i see where you coming from man, and there are some societies still practising such. Like you said, i believe too that we can manipulate our minds to deal with whatever situations we wish them to, tho it ain't an easy job.

In dis world everything is right and evrything is wrong, it only depends on ur point of inclination, reference. In Biblical view, marrying a single wife is sensible but in Islam marrying 4 of them is completeness. We wear pants at beach in Los Angeles, they wear track-suits at beach in East Africa. The truth about the matter is this, if you practice sex before marriage chances are that you are likely to suffer many pangs in your marriage. Call whatever you may be it heartaches, psychological problems and all.

Different reasons stand to support the statement. First of all, for a man who practices sex before marriage and has a habit of engaging in marital affair with more than one woman it is more likely that there will be a lot of 'imprints' in his mind that will affects his mind and likely to make a lot of comparison when he finally meets his life partner (wife) especially during the time of intercourse. This eventually affects the way he performs sexually and most likely leading to marital unfaithfulness.

Women are designed differently when it comes to sex and every single one of them has her own unique traits, features and characters when it comes to sex. God designed sex to be enjoyed in the confines of marriage.

On the other hand women who happens to have sex outside marriage and with different couples are more likely to suffer emotionally. During sex, a woman produces hormone called oxytocin. This hormone helps women to connect with their male counterparts especially during sex. The more sex she has with different men the more she keeps loosing connectivity with men during sex. Women who do this watch out.

Not to mention a number of rebukes from spiritual point of view both christian and muslims.
