This scenario is set to unfold in the year of the LORD 201N (where N is a natural number equal to or larger than 1 but less than or equal to 9) after Tanzania has seen its share of MISIBA YA KITAIFA and an ensueing national debate on posthumous impeachment of ex President(s).
Furious lynch mobs and sober voices could be heard that for an impeachment to be effective there must be precedents for high CRIME and MISDEMEANORS.
Presidents who committed high crimes should be impeached. The most obvious could be heard as followsa\:
FIRST CHARGE: ... yeah he stole two elections and shouldnt get away with that. He ought to have been incacerated in a lockbox and the key thrown away!
SECOND CHARGE: ... yeah he was criminally incompetent and must have known and approved the known scams during his tenure. These scams are inclusive of MEREMETA, TANGOLD, EPA, KIWIRA, RICHMOND, BAE RADAR, PRESIDENTIAL JET, ATC, NBC, GOVERNMENT ESTATES, AZIMIO LA ZANZIBAR,....., DOWANS!
THIRD CHARGE: ... yeah while pretending to be doing service to their poverty stricken fellow countrymen, he was the mastermind of CORRUPTION. ...
