Ladies and gentlemen.
Brothers and sisters.
Mothers and fathers.
Nuns and monks.
Hope everything in your life is working swiftly and nicely. Today I dont have a lot to say but just few line on how one can overcome porn which is free but you pay with your soul.
Breaking a porn addiction can be challenging, but it's possible with dedication and support. Here are some steps you can take:.... let's go
1. Acknowledge the problem: Recognize that excessive porn consumption is affecting your life and relationships negatively.
2. Set goals: Decide why you want to quit and what you want to achieve, and set achievable goals for yourself.
3. Create a support system: Seek support from friends, family, or a therapist. Consider joining a support group for people with similar struggles.
4. Limit or eliminate access: Remove or limit your access to porn by installing blocking software, disabling Wi-Fi during certain times, or avoiding triggers.
5. Replace negative habits with positive ones: Engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, such as exercise, hobbies, or socializing.
6. Practice mindfulness: Focus on the present moment and be aware of your thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness can help you avoid triggers and overcome cravings.
That is all I have for today, wish you all a happy Day and welcome for your wonderful comments.
