I apologize if the content speaks about sex, but I think it is historically and culturally interesting and relevant, and I hope it does not offend anyone's sensibilities.
Well, certainly sex is still done in the same exact way as it was in antiquity.
In the times of the ancient Romans:
The Romans, with some exceptions, in the realm of the sexual and emotional sphere were very similar to us. Women and men loved sex just as we do, and the words of love that flowed between lovers were often surprisingly modern.
The Ancient Egyptians:
It is contained in Papyrus 55001, a very fragile document dating back to 1150 BC, when Egypt was dominated by the dynasty of Ramses and when our culture was still quite backward.
The papyrus tells us of a refined culture, beyond the sea. Refined artistically and also sexually.
In ancient China:
In India:
The Australian Aborigines:
