One defense strategy that our bodies have evolved is programmed cell death. In this process, cells in our bodies once infected say with a virus or sustained irreparable damage, they commit themselves to and initiate self-killing process called apoptosis. It is a marvelous evolution that ensure health cells remains whereas infected and malignant ones are eliminated.
As it stands now, it looks to me CHADEMA with its agenda of no reform no election has committed itself to apoptosis. The stance that Mr. Lissu and his deputy Mr. Heche have taken clearly demonstrated to the public that CHADEMA will be off the ballots should government fail to entertain their reform agenda. What is interesting on this move is that CHADEMA lack tangible means
Mr. Lissu vows to instigate public demonstrations as a means of enforcing his demands but his agenda has instigated demonstrations within his party more than in the public so much so that CHADEMA there are two rallies now, all emanating from the same party one for "No reform no election" and the other for "No election no reforms."
With the regulations having been signed, and the state’s iron hand on their neck, the ball is in CHADEMA’s court. Tanzanians are keen, watching to see how this political saga with play out. But one thing is indisputably clear, CCM wins in this election will be massive.

sawa mkuu
