Putin:

While pointing out that NATO keeps rejecting “concrete” proposals from Russia on cooperation, Putin said that US policy is now jeopardizing “the so-called strategic balance... thanks to which the world has been safe from large-scale wars and military conflicts.”

By unilaterally withdrawing from the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, Washington “struck the first colossal blow at international stability,” the president said. Fact #1: Iraq war....did USA win the war?
Ans. big NO. The war is still going on.
Loser: USA.
Evidence: Republican lost election to Dem because American were tired of the number of death of their solders.

Fact #2: Gulf war..Do you really know how many contries were involved in this war? Which weapons were used? Unless you tell me germany, uk, french weapons are counted as USA. Nevertheless USA did not win the war outright Sadam survived for the next 13yrs or so and USA has to start another war i.e Iraq war to finish the unfinished war. Refer Fact#1 above.

Fact #3: Afghanistan war. If you were clever you wouldn't put that war as reference. Remember the war there is not over and USA is the biggest loser.

Fact #4: Six day war and Yom Kippur. It seems you don't even understand the secret behind Israel victory. So i wont go for it.
