Saturday will mark four weeks since MH370 disappeared during its flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and despite the huge search operation involving dozens of countries from around the world, we are still yet to find any confirmed trace of the passenger jet. Angus Houston, the head of a joint agency co-ordinating the search, says there is no time frame for ending the search, but acknowledges a new approach will eventually be needed if nothing turns up.

The pinger on the black box is thought to be due to run out on April 7 - putting huge pressure on the search effort to locate the device soon.
