Inasemekana ya kwamba fedha ambazo nchi ya Ufaransa inachukua kama kodi ktk kwenye nchi hizo za Kiafrika ni asilimia 40% ya Uchumi mzima wa Nchi ya Ufaransa na uchumi wa Ufaransa ni kama Dola za Kimarekani 2.5 trilioni, sasa piga hesabu mwenye asilimia 40% ya hiyo fedha Ufaransa inachukua kama kodi ktk AM!

Haya hapo chini ndiyo makubaliano yaliyosainiwa na nchi za Afrika Magharaibi na Ufaransa kabla ya kukabithiwa Uhuru!
