Binafsi si mzoefu ktk kutumia personal computer. Sasa kuna software ya window store iliyokwenye pc yangu.Tatizo kila nikijaribu kuifungua haifunguki....Na badala yake inaniandikia hivi "We weren't able to connect to the store.This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection timed out.Please wait a few minutes and try again".
Sasa ili niweze kuifungua na kuitumia natakiwa nifanyeje?
