Katika kuusoma ule muswada wa kupitiwa upya kwa katiba, yapo maneno fulani nimekutana nayo, naomba mnisaidie kwa wanaoelewa hii lugha.

Hii ni sehemu ya mgogoro wa muswada huu ambao hauna maslahi kabisa kwa Taifa bali kwa kikundi fulani cha watu ili waendelee kuubuluza umma wa Watanzania. Sio siri mwaka huu patachimbika. Kama walikuwa wanasikia tu habari za Misri na Tunisia basi wajiandae kushuhudia kwa macho maana wao ndio wameichoka amani.

Kwanza hicho kipengele chenyewe cha (1) kinachozungumziwa hapo kinasema hivi: Nanukuu:-

9(1) The principle functions of the Commission shall be to:-
(a) Collect and Coordinate public opinion
(b) to examine and analyze the consistency and compatibility of the constitutional provisions relating to sovereignty of the people, political systems, democracy, rule of law and good
governance; and
(c) Make recommendations including a Draft Constitutional Bill, on how best the United Republic of Tanzania is to be governed in accordance with the will of the people at all times

Kimsingi ni sawa na kusema katika kutekeleza majukumu haya, wanapaswa kuhakikisha maswala yanayotajwa kwenye sehemu ya (2) hayaguswa kabisa na yanapaswa kuwa "Sanctified" kana kwamba ni kumu-oppose Mtume Muhamad au kumchafua Bwana Yesu....no, huu ni upuuzi

Kwa tafsiri ya haraka unaweza kuona tu kuwa muswaada huu unakusudia kulinda yale ambayo mpaka sasa yanaumiza vichwa vya watanzania (Namaanisha pande zote Zanzibar na Tanganyika)....na ndipo mambo ya msingi yalipoganda..

Tunataka tuzungumzie Rais kama taasisi na madaraka yaliyoko mikononi mwake
Tunataka tuzungumzie juu ya Muungano na namna ambavyo tunaweza kuamua uweje

Sasa unaposema katika utekelezaji wa majukumu yao (yaani kukusanya public opinion, kuangalia consistency ya draft n.k) mambo haya yawe sanctified unamaanisha nini?

Kiufupi ni sawa na kusema hakuna kitu na nikupotezeana muda tu, na hakuna lengo na katiba ya muda mrefu yenye uhalali wake wa kusema

Ni sawa na kumuambia mtu nakupa ruhusa ya kuongea lakini ingia ongelea ndani ya chupa....non-sense
