To my low knowledge reserchers either for Masters Degree of PhD have to incur some cost while collecting some information. Either by paying those who give them information or by paying other people to collect data for them to compile the report. I wonder if Max Melo is paid even a pinch from those who are doing their research here in JF.

From your estimate calculations can't say yes or no.... just to correct page moja yaweza kuwa na line ya PMs like 12 au 12, sasa kila PM ina conversation ngapi......... please don't research on me...

Saying that, won't answer some of your questions or doubts just because I don't feel like.
