1. JOB TITLE: Director, Project Operations and Finance
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Director, Project Operations and Finance is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of project operations. He or she will provide operational and logistical leadership for functions including human resources, finance, procurement, and subcontracts.

2. JOB TITLE: Agricultural Policy Specialist
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Agricultural Policy Specialist will work to advance a series of horticulture policy and regulatory activities in collaboration with donors and stakeholders. He/she will advance activities which engage local governments, private sector, farmer organizations, and TAHA to improve the enabling environment and address policy bottlenecks to market systems development, including tax levies, grades and standards, and the high cost of transporting produce.

3. JOB TITLE: Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning is responsible for designing and managing monitoring, evaluation, learning and knowledge management systems. He or she will undertake iterative learning and adaptation, including the use of real-time information and analysis to continuously assess progress and adjust interventions or approaches as necessary, including engagement with value chain actors and with development partners to learn about what is working across the system

4. JOB TITLE: Youth Engagement and Leadership Development Specialist
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Youth Engagement and Leadership Development Specialist will provide subject matter expertise as necessary to identify, integrate and implement innovative youth engagement strategies to promote opportunities for inclusive youth participation on issues that impact their communities and livelihoods

5. JOB TITLE: Lead, Horticulture Market Systems
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Lead, Horticulture Market Systems will provide strategic leadership, management, and technical direction and support to the project team and counterparts in the implementation of activities. This will include facilitating activities that allow for more efficient transactions from aggregation, enhanced cooperation and trust between buyers and suppliers, and increased incentives for buyers and suppliers to invest in quality, productivity and service provision (e.g., willingness to provide services such as credit and/or extension). Agricultural Technology Solutions Specialist will provide subject matter expertise and leadership to facilitate collaboration and cooperation between private sector input companies, agro-dealers, local government extension officers, and horticulture producers to identify, integrate and advance uptake of technologies. These may include improved seed varieties, climate-smart agriculture practices, sustainable soil and water management approaches, greenhouses, drip irrigation and multiple-use water systems—including through social behavior change interventions.
