Access Bank is a full Commercial Bank providing Micro, Small and medium sized entrepreneurs (MSMES) with a broad range of appropriate financial services. Established in 2007, the bank is owned by a multinational shareholder group and member of an emerging global network of commercial microfinance banks (The access Group), with headquarter in Berlin/Germany. We seek to recruit a number of self motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in our branches. Agro Loan Officers Trainees in Lake Zone (10 posts) Responsibilities: Marketing and attracting potential business loans clients Conducting on site business and risk assessment of Loan applicants. Preparing Agro loan appraisal. Agro Loan monitoring and recovery.
Qualification:
Interested Candidates must be ready to work extensively outside the office,in the villages, remote area, traveling by motorcycle all over the year

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma holders
Education in Agriculture related fields may be an added advantage
Experience: No prior Working experience required, Prior banking/microfinance experience in rural areas or working experience in faming or agribusiness may be added Advantage micro or small enterprises as employee or entrepreneur, may be an added advantage
Computer Literacy: Basic Command of standard office application
Language: Fluency in English and Kiswahili
