Msaada wa biashara ya Gym (Body Fitness), ili uweze kufungua gym bora ya kisasa unatakiwa uwe na mtaji wa sh. ngapi.
Nimeona fursa hii kuna sehemu watu wana huitaji wa gym yenye vifaa vya kisasa.
So kabla sijaanza mpango wa kufungua atleast unatakiwa uwe na pesa kiasi gani.
Nakaribisha michango yenu, Karibuni sana

Kama unanyumba au sehemu ya kuwekea vifaaa vya mazoezi ,Andaa million kumi uagize vifaa tuko majuu,Vya hapa bongo wanauza bei kubwa sana,utapiga hela sana,Alafu unakuwa unaongezea na vingine ,(unaiboresha sasa)

Inategemea unaanzisha wapi na vifaa unanunua wapi.

Watu wengi walikua wananunua vifaa vya gym gerezani ila kule Gerezani wamejanjaruka.

Mimi nashauri katika gym yako hakikisha hivi vitu vifuatavyo havikosi, vikiwepo kila mtu akija gym yako ataridhika.

-Flat Bench yawe matatu moja utatengenezewa kwa 80,000 - 100,000.

-Incline bench, matatu, bei ni kama hapo juu.

-Slope bench, matatu, bei ni kama ya flat bench.

-Iwepo mashine ya cable pulldown, fanya namna hii hii iwe inaweza kupigiwa Triceps (tengeneza na bars zake). Hii mashine itatengenezwa kwa 150,000 - 200,000 pamoja na bars zake.

-Iwepo mashine ya kufanya pulldown. Kama Gym yako iko na eneo la kuning'inizia bar hii gharama itakua ndogo 20,000 ila kama utaitengeneza from scratch 70,000 hadi 90,000.
Kama itakua modified from scratch (kukawepo nguzo ya nondo) simamisha nondo nyingine pembeni utengeneze sehemu ya dips.

-Iwepo mashine ya leg press, hii mashine utatengenezewa kwa 180,000 - 250,000

-Mabenchi ya kukata tumbo manne, moja utatengenezewa 50,000 - 70,000.

-Rollers za kukata tumbo za kutosha, moja ni 8000 - 10000.

-Dumbbells za uzito tofauti. Unaweza anza za kilo 5 mpaka ya kilo 60. Hapa ni tricky kidogo maana Gerezani ya kilo 30 zamani walikua wanatengeneza kwa bei ya chini mwaka jana tuligomewa mtu akataka 80,000 kwa dumbbell moja.

-Plates za uzito mbali mbali. Hapa kuna za kupigia kifua, squat, sholder na mkono. Mfano unaweza ukaamua kua kwa plates za mkono utaanzia za uzito wa kilo 1 mpaka 10. Hivyo ziwe kilo 1, 2, 3 n.k.

Za kifua, sholder na squat zianzie kilo 10 mpaka 50. Kwa hiyo itakua kilo 10, 20, 30, 40 & 50.

-Bars ziwe nyingi, yaani iwezekane kwa watu wakawepo kwenye mabenchi, squats, sholder na kila mtu akawa na bar yake.
Bars za kupigia mkono ziwepo. Pia Z bar zisikose.

Gym yako ikiwa na hivyo nilivyovitaja kila atakayeingia lazima akamsimulie mwenzie.

Mimi nashauri katika gym yako hakikisha hivi vitu vifuatavyo havikosi, vikiwepo kila mtu akija gym yako ataridhika.

Naomba niamini kua unaandika kwa kujifurahisha na kupata likes
Bora kukimbia barabarani (kuliko kupanda gari/basi) toka kazini hadi nyumbani...mara 5/week =gym tosha. Hiyo pesa ya gym nitanunua LUKU nilipie na king'amuzi

Ndio mkuu. Gym ni upotezaji wa pesa tu. Unakuta mtu anakwenda gym laki 5/month ila anapolala pachafu kama dampo.
Binafsi nimeamua kudamka saa 10 alfajiri kila siku na kufanya yafuatayo kabla ya kwenda kazini.
1. Kufua nguo,
2. Kukimbia kwa dakika 30;
3. Kufagia uwanja na kumwagilia bustani ya mboga & maua;
4.:kuosha gari.
Baada ya haya yote ndo nioge ninywe chai niwahi kibaruani.
** Yote hayo nayafanya kuanzia saa 10 alfajiri hadi saa 12 alfajiri ifikapo saa 12:30 asubuhi nipo kazini napiga kazi nikiwa fresh bila kulipia GYM
NB: ya nn kupoteza pesa wakati nyumbani kwako una shughuli za mikono za kukutoa jasho!
