Mtanzania haki zako zinapatikana wapi?

Kwa kuwa katiba ilikuwa ikimpa mwananchi haki ya kuchagua na kuchaguliwa bila masharti ya kuwa kwenye vyama vya siiasa; bunge lilikaa na kufuta haki hiyo!
katiba inampa mwanachi haki ya kujumuika na wenzake; lakini tumeshuhudia haki hiyo ikifutwa na serikali kwa kuiwekea sheria nyingine.
Katiba inampatia mwananchi haki ya kupata dhamana (kwani mtuhumiwa hana hatia hadi ithibitishwe vinginevyo), lakini juzi tumesikia kauli ya majaji kuwa mahakama inao uwezo wa kukataa kutoa dhamana kwa mfano wa kesi ya LEMA.
Kwa mtiririko huo basi ni kwamba kila chombo cha dola (Serikali, Bunge, na Mahakama) kina uwezo wa kuondoa haki za watanzania; kwa mantiki hayo basi ni wapi Mtz apate haki zake?

let assume that the public is above all state organs and that the president comes second to it given that we were involved in electing him to take reigns of power. we are surprised for him usurping our right to decide the fate of our own destine and our descendents. let the government know that it was not its will but an obligation to it to let people discuss the union matter without any restriction whatsoever.It is unfortunate the structure of the union is the most disfigured being amidst us. So when someone and especially the president accord it an untouchable status, to me he is trying to perpetuate a virtual critical grandiose problem. If we think we need to iron out the existing constitutional shortcomings then we need to dismember and reconstruct the anatomy of the union along side the current review of the constitution.
