==>Firstly , POWER OFF Your Phone
==> Next , Press and hold Volume Up, Home and Power button
==>When Tecno Symbol/name appears, release the Power button ==>A Boot Menu will then show, Use the volume up/down to choose and home to select
==>Select the option “Wipe Data/ Factory Reset”
==>Wait for your phone to reboot.
