The problems might be graphic drivers not updated, screen to motherboard connection cable, LCD has broken. Try these
1. Use VGA cable to connect your PC to the another PC or monitor to check and you can play even music or video, if it Function, then the Problem is not on graphic drivers or motherboard , the problem is on LCD of screen. But if it doesn't play to another PC or monitor then the problem is on motherboard to screen cable connection and graphics drivers, update your graphics drivers or open to fix motherboard to screen cable connection .
