Msaada: My CD Driver is not working

Wakuu naombeni msaada, CD-ROM ya computer yangu haisomi CD ya aina yoyote. It happened kwamba mtu aliweka DVD chafu, then from there hafanyi kazi.
Ukiweka CD inarespond kama kawaida, taa inawaka, then no response, au "insert CD into the drive"
Nikicheki driver inasomeka "properly working'',
Naomba msaada kama naweza ku-trouble shoot au hadi kwa fundi.

May be you need to install a new CD/DVD drive, it happened to my computer, I could only read a CD but not a DVD so I took out the drive and installed the new one and now it is working for both CD and DVD
