Sina utaalama sana, but sometimes are PC's are affected beyond repair, so once we put antivirus they can't be healed again! I would format that PC and try to recover the control back, my laptop had affected with viruses and when tried to scan with new antivirus they had take all the control of the pc

inakupa warning gani ikisha block? unatumia OS gani na browser ya aina gani? na je connection yako ume set kama Home network au Public Network? au stand alone computer? je umeset kompyuta yako kutumia AVG firewall au Windows Firewall?
inawezekana AVG yako imebadilisha firewall rules zako za ku-acess internet. Kama unatumia AVg Firewall badili kwenda windows firewall, Start-->All programs-->Accessories-->System Tools-->Security center, Swith Off Avg firewal
Lakini kumbuka pia AVG inaweza kublock downloads kama ikikugundua kuna virus au potentially harmful programs.
Kama umeinstall AVG security toolbar jaribu ku-disable na ujaribu kuacess hiyo site
