Campuses DAR ES SALAAM, MBEYA, SINGIDA,
MTWARA & MWANZA OR sent to CHIEF
EXECUTIVE OFFICER P.O. BOX 9522, DAR ES
SALAAM. Forms must be accompanied by
evidence of payment of non refundable fee of
Twenty Thousand Shillings (T.Shs.20,000/=).
Applicants should pay the application fee
through our Bank Account No. 2061100017
NMB and submit Bank Pay-in-slip to the
Institute.
2. All applications must be attached with
genuine photocopies of all academic
certificates/results Slips, transcripts,
Statement of results or relevant certificates
where applicable. Candidates are warned not
to attach photocopies of forged certificates or
irrelevant Information on their application
forms otherwise they will not be considered
and legal action will be taken against them
