Two traffic cops were on duty at around 8.00 in the evening when they saw a land cruiser coming with all lights off! They stopped the driver and asked him how dare could he drive at night without lights? The driver got out and shouted at the officers: Are you crazy? Haven't you heared anything about POWER RATIONING imposed by Tanesco? You must be out of your senses, shit! Then he jumped into the vehicle and drove off leaving behind the surprised traffic cops.
