US can afford 4 years of not so great development because it's economy is strong and mostly independent from the Presidency. In Tanzania we will become Somalia. That's the difference and you need to recognize that if you are a responsible citizen.
My worry is that you are a narrow minded citizen who doesn't realize that Lowassa will not even know your name when you will be out there suffering on the streets. Just like now when he is airlifted and driven back to his air conditioned house in Masaki every day while you sleep worrying about tomorrow.

Wanaotajwa kusumbuliwa sana na nafsi zao kama Dr. Slaa ni John Mnyika pamoja na Mabere Marando. UKAWA walisubirie hili pigo kubwa ambalo liko njiani.
