Mkuu kama wewe umebahatika kuwa na kipato kikubwa, acha kabisa kutukana watu wakipato cha chini.Haya uliyosema ni matusi. Na kama uko kwenye ngazi ya uongozi basi hii ni hatari mkubwa.

Most of the lowest base salaries are for new entrants, aka fresh graduates.if u are a responsible person we expect u to not acquire new responsibilities right out of college.

And if u are stuck at the "kima cha chini" until u have 4 kids,something must b wrong with u or where u work.and may b u should focus on work rather than making more kids.

I despise the government in a lot of things but I will not say 240,000 is so little a fresh graduate can't survive I. It.

No one pays anyone salary to make them rich.salaries are just smarter form of slavery to make u come back for more everyday,for the rest of your life.

Salaries are more addictive than drugs.and they are never enough.

Naona kazi ya LB7 inakuweka mjini, acha kiburi na majivuno ww, hakuna anaependa kuishi maisha ya chini, angalia usijione umesimama..., kazi watu wanafanya mfumo wenu maccm unafanya watu waendelee kuwa masikini.

I hate income tax in terms of percentage. The large the salary the large the tax paid, haina maana kwangu

Endelea kushuka chini kwa kuangalia Hierarchy ya ukubwa hapo wizarani kwenu.

sasa kwa hawa mabwana hii mishahara ni 20-30% ya mapato yao ya mwezi,kwani wana vikao lukuki wanavyolipwa,wana stahili za kila mwezi,wana allowance zisizoisha,hivyo usishangae Mkurugenzi kuwa na total income ya 8-10M kwa mwezi.na vyote hivi ni haki zao za msingo,kabla ya kuanza kufisadi sasa.kwa wale mafishadi hiyo 10M ni weekly change.kwa mafisadi papa hata mshahara huwa hawachungulii!
