Charging a maximum of Sh400, 000 for the shows, the Kioo hit maker was constantly airborne, shuttling through Machakos, Malindi, Mombasa and Nakuru for mammoth concerts, all of which he had been paid for upfront. Fans flocked all the events, filling the venues to capacity. At one time, during his Nakuru show, some fans fainted and had to be rushed to hospital. Jaguar is arguably one of the biggest artistes in East Africa, with popularity only comparable to that of Tanzania's Diamond.

The Mpita Njia beauty attended the annual Amani Festival and performed throughout last weekend, alongside Lokua Kanza and other major Congolese artistes. "I am happy that there is peace here for the first time in a long time. We have silenced guns. It is not usual that since I came here, I haven't heard a gunshot," Alicious told Pulse this week. "We pray that this peace continues. I will be here for a few days and then return to Nairobi." Alicious and her mother and siblings fled from Congo to Kenya due to the war in their home country.
