i think the congressman needs some lil biology class on why curved woman are regarded as beautiful and more attractive to men, its no choice its law of nature. Curved woman have wide pelvic and thus can easily reproduce. The natural selection instill this idea into man's female attraction center as a favourable character. I understand being fat/obese is more of ratio of height to weight (BMI) rather than how curved you are. He really should apologise.
