The former coach driver weighed 33st until two gastric ops saw him slim to 18st last year.

But his giant flap of skin has left him housebound — and he struggles with simple activities such as walking, using the loo and sleeping.

Jobless Stephen, 48, said sadly: “It’s like being a prisoner in my own body.

“I’m happy not to weigh 33st any more, but I live a lonely existence because of this skin.

“Daily tasks are difficult and I find it tough to walk, get dressed and even go to the bathroom. I can’t stand up to urinate.”

His size before he lost weight and his droopy skin mean he has not seen his genitals for 12 years — and has shied away from sex.
