Masawe is on his deathbed and knows the end is near. The nurse, his wife, his daughter and 2 sons, are with him. He asks for 2 witnesses to be present to record his last wishes, and when all is ready he begins to speak:

"My son, "Lelo, I want you to take the Sea-view and Upanga Apartments."

My daughter "Manka, you take the Oyster-bay Hotel, Masaki apartments and the mansion on Haile Selasie avenue."

My son, Matayo, "I want you to take the offices in town, PPF towers and Diamond Jubilee towers."

Anastazia, my dear wife, "please take all the residential buildings in Mbezi beach, Shanty Town and Njiro Hill"

The witnesses are blown away as they did not realize his extensive holdings, and as Masawe slips away, the nurse says, "Anastazia, your husband must have been such a hard-working man to have accumulated all this property."

She replies, "Did you Property? Ni ruti za kuzungusha maziwa!"

Nice! You worked really hard to translate it. I read the swahili version somewhere.
