Kenyan foreign affairs Minister has been caught up in Mutiny which took place today morning in Mali's capital Bamako.
Moses Wetangula had gone for a consultative meeting on continental security....the BBC Reports.

Its believed that Kenya is contemplating sending a millitary plane tonight to Bamako and it has established contact with the Mutineer Generals to have Wetangula moved to an airport outside Bamako where he would be picked by Kenyan soldiers tonight
