Lately, what some may wrongly call natural disasters of the likes of cyclones,tsunamis,
tornadoes,volcanoes etc.,have increased dramatically. Inquisitive minds will surely wonder if these phenomena are natural at all.If you think this is conspiracy theory, or fairy tale, you are very mistaken. The truth is weather modification is here with us and cylones, tsunamis, volcanoes can and are now man made. What makes one believe that these phenomena are not natural. First,the United States Air Force has publicly adimitted that they can now control the weather!

Secondly US public officials have acknowledged that HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) as a super weapon is not only used as a weapon of weather control now, but has been and continues to be used as a “super weapon,” as evidenced by a statement in 1997 by former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen, when he said:

“Others are engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves, so there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.It’s real.

Is it still just a conspiracy theory if public officials admit that it is true?I hope not.

The technology to modify weather is covered under US Patent 4,686,605 on the “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere.”
