Without seeing vivid examples and possible data to support an argument, I only discover political heritage from this guy! I realized the truth of Dr.Kitima's proposition that shameful death of CCM is nearby 2015. What strike me the most, you seem to cherry pick his persona at the same time, you set aside the fact that he's NEC member and cabinet minister.

Try to peep on big picture and compare with Tanzania political environment. Afterall, he's a politician, not an Angel.
