Lukwago files third bail application

Former Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has filed his third application for bail before the High Court Criminal Division, after two previous applications were rejected. Lukwago’s lawyers, led by Medard Lubega Sseggona, have cited his health, the time he has spent on remand and other grounds in seeking his release on bail.
