I suggest that you make some minor corrections to the title and paragraph as follows:
1. Physically: 'Lowasa is dying' - meaning that he is in the process, he's not dead yet. This is demonstrated by the physical incapacities you've mentioned which are due to Parkinsonism. This is the wish of The Creator and we are all in this process.

2. Politically: He is dying of a pathological condition called presidentophilia - this is psychological excessive obsession of becoming a president. This is his own wish and not of The Creator. He will blame himself on 25 Oct as it might cost his life!

You are completely wrong comrade. Lowassa is winning the battle and back to square A. He is now far and free from ccm who thought they 've finished him only to find that he is not only smart but strong enough to secure his asipiration as presidential candidate.
