Though we live in a physical body, the essence of who we are goes beyond flesh and blood. Our thoughts, emotions, conscience, values, love, and sense of purpose all stem from the spirit, not the body.
The body can be strong, but without hope, it collapses.
The body can be full, but without peace, it suffers.
The body dies, but the spirit lives on.
This is why ancient wisdom, religious teachings, and even modern thinkers emphasize the unseen faith, morals, energy, soul, spirit. What drives people to endure suffering, to love unconditionally, or to seek truth, often comes from the spiritual realm.
"The visible is temporary, but the invisible is eternal." (2 Corinthians 4:18)
You can’t touch courage, but you see it act.
You can’t weigh love, but you feel its power.
You can’t measure faith, but it can move mountains.
