A cloud of grief has engulfed the Kyambogo University community following the death of a third year student who had been reported missing earlier this week.
The deceased, Okia Aaron, was a Bachelor of Business Administration student in his third year at the university.
According to information shared by those close to the family, Aaron went missing on Monday, prompting relatives, friends, and fellow students to launch efforts to trace his whereabouts.
His body was recovered on Friday, bringing a tragic end to the search.
Preliminary findings indicate that Aaron was allegedly attacked and killed after being struck with a paving block by suspected thugs. Authorities are expected to conduct further investigations to establish the exact circumstances surrounding his death and identify those responsible.
