Why lovemaking is important to couples
1. It is a celebration of the love the two have
2. It meets the sexual needs of both. When your needs are met you feel taken care of
3. It is God's gift to your marriage. Make the most out of this gift
4. It makes you two connect better
5. It makes you two sleep better
6. It makes you two feel comfortable. It feels uneasy when you are in bed with someone you can't even touch
7. It keeps away infidelity. It is difficult to cheat when you often make love to your spouse. That is why one of the first signs of unfaithfulness is when your spouse is no longer interested in your body, they most likely are getting it somewhere and coming to you already serviced
8. It nourishes pillow talks. Some of the best conversations happen before or after love making
9. It eases off pressure and reduces stress. Some people are just difficult because they are sexually frustrated
10. It takes away the need to masturbate. Why turn to masturbation yet you have a spouse to attend to you?
11. It makes you two learn each other. Lovemaking is about learning each other to please each other
12. It helps you two create fond memories. Couples love having conversations of their sexual experiences
13. It reminds you two that you are married and not merely friends. You love to make love because you have something special
14. It makes each of you feel needed. When your spouse still desires you, it makes you feel secure. When your spouse rejects you sexually you start to doubt your place in their life
15. It helps you two to resolve conflict and affirms to the both of you that all is well. Lovemaking, however, should not be used to ignore issues
