mimi nimepata kaz kupitia zoom niliaply katika matangazo yao na hata miezi miwili haikupita nikaitwa na hiyo company husika kwenye interview na kaz nimepata.

zoom cyo matapeli sema iko hivi wanaruhusu client/advertiser kutangaza tangazo lao moja kwa moja na advertiser anaweza kupokea cv yako moja kwa moja unapotumia pale pa apply now. sasa unakuta tapeli anaona tangazo analiweka yeye naye anakuwa na access ya kupokea cv zitakazotumwa. so muhim ni kuona tangazo na kufanya utaratibu wa kutumia njia nyingine kufikisha maombi yako. so zoom ni notesboard ambayo kila mtu yuko free kuweka tangazo.

Zile za Ku apply through apply button magumashi but the rest ni kweli..nimeitwa intavyu nyingi mno kupitia zoom...hata SAA hizi nimepokea simu ya interview kesho..

Zoom.ni wapumbafu kupitita maelezo mbwa wale!!kwenye tovuti yao usiende pale walipokuambia ''appy now'' ww tuma maombi mojaa kwa moja kwenye shirika au kampuni iliotangaza nafasi unapotumia pale ku appy kupitia wao wanapata nafas ya kuona Cv yako ni majizi ya cv maashenzi yalee baada ya apo wanawapatia matapeli wanaokupigia simu wanakudanganya utume ela alfu wakupitishe kweny inter view ni washenzi hawafai kabisaaa!!!ukiona tangazo zoom tafuta mawasiliano ya kampuni au shirika lile waliotoa nafas ile ya ajira omba moja kwa moja USIOMBE KUTUMIA ZOOM utapoteza muda wako washenzi sana wale juzi nusu nitapeliwe aiseee ZOOM NI MTANDAO WA MATAPELI!!

I think nivema kuangalia posts kwenye magazeti na tovuti za makampuni au taasisi zinazotangaza ajira moja kwa moja au waweza tumia websites ambazo hunukuu nafasi za kazi zilizopo kwenye magazeti. hapo wanaposema "apply now" panatatanisha watu wengi hata mimi pia, maana panasiri na hakuna namna mwombaji anaambiwa kuwa maombi yake yatafanywa kuwa ni siri kati yake na kampuni anayoomba. ila vinginevyo ni site nzuri kama mtumiaji ataitumia tu kama bango la matangazo halafu ndio atafute makampuni husika ili kujua kama kuna namna nyingine ya kufikisha maombi yake.

And yes, the Apply Now button works fine. Every day between 5,000 – 7,000 job applications are successfully sent to employers through ZoomTanzania. The employer provides the email address the application is to be sent to, and your applications are automatically directed to that email address. We do not save your CVs or your applications. For your benefit, we do record the jobs and dates of the jobs you have applied to recently and make that available on your My Account page, but nothing else is saved on our server or anywhere else. As soon as the email system confirms the application was successfully delivered, your application is automatically deleted. We know you would all prefer to see the actual email addresses and apply directly yourself. But no professional job portal will display the employers email address. Employers do not want their email address exposed. They already know they will get about 100 applications per week, and they certainly do not want to also receive hundreds of follow up emails asking about the status of their applications.
